Would not buy from again. Think twice before buying from this dealership. I bought my card 7/31/2014 and have had every maintenance done with their service center, 8/25/2017 my Think twice before buying from this dealership. I bought my card 7/31/2014 and have had every maintenance done with their service center, 8/25/2017 my shifter cable broke and they refused to repair under warranty the 5 year power-train warranty (power-train warranty - covers the parts of a car that provide power and make it move – Being able to shift into hears is pretty vital in making a car move) as I was 25 days past 3 year basic warranty. They quoted me 889.99 dollars for the repair. I went online and the HONDA OEM part is $147 after shipping, so 742 (371 per hour) dollars for 2 hour job? Will think twice before buying a new Honda again and will not return to this location for any services. They called back today and said they would split the charges with me, so rather than 900 it will be 450. never again. More

Excellent, professional service! I was greeted by a young man who asked if I wanted a bottle of water. Right away, I felt comfortable. My service host was Blake Dumas, and he was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. I was quite impressed by the fact that when he asked if I wanted the tires rotated, I told him if it wasn't needed, to wait; other service centers might have charged me and rotated them regardless, but Heritage felt that they were in fine shape. As I said, this impressed me. They replaced my wiper inserts and not the entire blade, which was also great (I have been to places where they replaced everything!) The waiting areas were nice, and my wait time was what I had been told. There were no surprises in the bill; Blake had told me that the coupon I had did not include taxes, and he gave me an estimate of the final cost. I moved to Parkville two years ago, but didn't think to look for a new service center. I am so glad that I found Heritage Honda, and will most definitely be using their services for my CRV from now on! More

Great Work and Outstanding Customer Service! I had a wonderful experience at Heritage Honda thanks to the friendly and courteous customer service of Erin Lober! She explained in detail the mecha I had a wonderful experience at Heritage Honda thanks to the friendly and courteous customer service of Erin Lober! She explained in detail the mechanical issues I was experiencing with the engine light sensor and air condition unit in my Honda, CRV. She was able to quickly identify the problem I was having and repair my vehicle while I waited. She also presented me with maintenance options which would save me money in the long run and improve the efficiency of the engine. Erin also allowed me to use her personal cell phone charger to charge my cell phone when the life of my cell phone battery was down to 5%. Moreover, after my vehicle repairs were completed she parked my car in a convenient location in front of the building, opened my door and handed me the keys. I appreciate Heritage Honda's excellent customer service, quality work, and amenities they offer such as a comfortable lounge area, access to computers, Wi-Fi, courtesy bottled water/other beverages and a complementary USA Today Newspaper which allows me to keep up with the latest news and catch up with my emails while I wait...
