Over the years I have come to trust Steve Berman with all my vehicles as well as my moms car who also has a new crv. To be completely honest she chose the crv because we knew that as long as Steve was servicing her vehicle it would always be kept in top condition by a competent professional. Heritage Honda truly has an outstanding employee in Steve who we trust, is always polite and friendly and extremely professional. I hope that he is able to see how much we appreciate him and that it is not overlooked by management as to the outstanding service professional they have on their staff. More

However, I often get apprehensive with the parts and labor sticker shock. The service representative Mark Sowder was good enough to apply the online coupon discount which was somewhat of a relief and appreciated. He carefully explained what was needed, then pointed out noted items that were illustrated after work was done. I have used this service center since 2009 and for most part it has seemed worth the drive from Harford County. During the ride back home I did feel at ease and again felt the love of driving my car, just like it wasnew. More
