Service could be better. I purchased a car from this dealership and i also purchased the ultimate pageage of there extended warranty. Upon my dad (who’s a doctor) and I comin I purchased a car from this dealership and i also purchased the ultimate pageage of there extended warranty. Upon my dad (who’s a doctor) and I coming in to purchase the car, they were very friendly. Of course because we were buying a car. It actually took a lot longer than we expected it to take. We got to the dealership around 11AM and didn’t get out with my car until after 5pm. so it was a lengthy visit. I was told to bring my car back and drop it off the next Monday to have Auto Armour and LoJack installed in my vehicle and they would give me a loaner car. when i went back the next on Monday without my dad is when i experienced a major difference in the service that i received. There were so many issues that it’s entirely too much to address them all. However, here’s a few. I was told that my car would be done by the end of the day. Here it is a whole day later and they still have my car. Not one person even gave a courtesy call to inform me that my car would be there overnight. I drive for work and this is a lot of money that i losing out on because of this dealership. Yes they gave my a loaner, however my employer insures my specific vehicle not a loaner. So I’m unable to work until i get my car back. This is day two of me having this car and still not one phone call from anyone. I’ve already attempted to call over 5 times this morning but the voicemail is all that answers. The loaner they gave me wreaked of an HORRIBLE smell that was totally unacceptable and nor was it vacuumed or clean. I then asked are there any other loaners. I was directed to Tim in sales. I ask Tim about another loaner and he literally touches his desk phone and a folder that he definitely didn’t open or even looked at and turns right around and tells me no. Tim didn’t even attempt to check. I was standing in his office door watching him the entire time. Nevertheless, based on my experience with this dealership ship i would not recommend this dealership at all. I will definitely leave a follow up review once i get my car back. More
Thumbs down for John Donovan I have never met or talked to a manager who just wanted to pass the buck back to the service rep so quickly. He was not willing to listen, understand, I have never met or talked to a manager who just wanted to pass the buck back to the service rep so quickly. He was not willing to listen, understand, or explain thoroughly about the issues I faced with my experience with the service center. I have a tough time trusting dealership service centers and this is why. It's unfortunate that he works for Heritage Honda, otherwise I would have an easier time taking a car back to them for service. More

And I appreciated Mr. Donovan being up-front about the repair. This was hassle-free and I am very pleased with the response. More
