After incurring cost to have a new battery put in we contacted Gary burlage at the parkville location, our go to person, and without any qualms, we were told they would reimburse us for his cost. We had trouble with a used car purchase from the Catonsville dealership- the air conditioner stopped working and the alternator needed to be replaced in the used car that we had purchased two weeks ago. We weren’t getting anywhere with the Catonsville dealership (they wouldn’t answer their phones and wouldn’t call us back), but Heritage Honda Parkville helped us so much.
