As I was waiting for a tech to come to my car to get check mileage and all, Dora asked me if I was getting air because I was beneath the sign that said air. I answered her no. She asked if I had an appointment, I said yes- it was for 1:00. At this time it was approximately 1:30. Granted I was about 10 mins past my appointment time. She responds, “well you sure are early”. I said to myself, xxx. Is this lady crazy. Does she not know that was uncalled for and nonetheless UNPROFESSIONAL... This is not her establishment where she can address CUSTOMERS with disrespect. She needs training. Language of caring, a list of the do’s and do nots when conducting business for a multi million dollar establishment as Honda. Poor representation of Honda Parkville. Meanwhile Tim was on point.. he was knowledgeable of everything I needed, and explained what was required for my current mileage. Temperament and professionalism was outstanding.. I couldn’t have had a better experience. Too bad I didn’t think to give him a tip- not even sure if tips are excepted. I’ll be sure to inquire @ my next service appointment. Thank you. More

First service was amazing I picked up a nail in one of my tires a month after buying the car. Thankfully, I bought the road hazard protection plan when I bought the car. I arrived 45 minutes before my scheduled appointment but was greeted with a smile right away, no problem. I explained the issue and Mark took the car away. I was ready for an argument about the damage not being covered, but I was amazed when Mark came to the waiting area to tell me that they found the nail and already negotiated with the warranty company for a new tire if I wanted it. Stunned, I approved the work and got back to work on my laptop. When the work was complete, Mark saw that I was still busy, so he brought my keys to me and didn't even ask me to sign a No Charge work order or receipt! He emailed a copy to me for my records instead. My car was ready outside so when I finished what I was working on, I packed up, jumped in my car, and headed home. I was stunned for hours at how great of an experience I just had and couldn't stop talking about it. Given the opportunity, I plan to return here for service as much as possible. As happy as I was with the sales experience, the service experience blew me away all over again. Heritage continues to impress. More
