2017 Honda Civic Hatchback Service Review I brought my car in for an oil and filter change and my service advisor was very prompt and professional. I was also told that I needed an "A1" servi I brought my car in for an oil and filter change and my service advisor was very prompt and professional. I was also told that I needed an "A1" service check up and explained to me what that was and told me it will show up in my odometer when it is time for it to be done. This is my first car with this type of technology and my advisor answered any questions that I had. He said to me "these cars are smarter than we are." He seemed very knowledgeable of the features of my vehicle. More

I was here to have the 15k-mile general Scheduled online and waited for a little bit because of the line ahead. Garrett was helpful and professional. I was here to have the 15k-mile general service and the total service took about 3hrs because during the inspection they found there was a nail in one of the front tire which was unrepairable. Garrett said they could replace a new tire and asked if I want them to take care of that, for safety concern I agreed. But that cost me another $260 which wasn’t in my plan. I didn’t have time to compare the price with other places/vendors but that’s indeed a bit pricy for me. I trusted the tech team but still, I was thinking later that I should have checked the old tire and see if it was really unrepairable(I felt like I’ve seen the nail before, though I couldn’t tell if it’s repairable or not), as well as the new tire to see if it’s the same type (at least now both front tires look the same, and that’s the best I can tell). In general everything was good. Would come back again for the next check. More

Fast, thorough and courteous. I went to Heritage Honda in Parkville to have my Honda Pilot inspected due to a recall notice from Honda. I made an appointment prior to my visit. When I arrived, I was met immediately by a service advisor who noted my concerns. While there, I asked about an intermittent noise that the vehicle was making. I was told the time it would take for the inspection and if the recalled part needed to be replaced. The part was not defective. The mechanic could not duplicate the noise but did a thorough check of the vehicle including a call to Honda to see if anyone else complained about the noise. A note was made to the vehicle service record in case the noise becomes pronounced after the warranty expires. All this and courteous service. More

We in fact waited a week for a part to come in, to find out that it was totally unnecessary (as the work was done at a previous visit but not communicated that it was) Jason provided great service, but lacks a team to back him up More
