I was here to have the 15k-mile general service and the total service took about 3hrs because during the inspection they found there was a nail in one of the front tire which was unrepairable. Garrett said they could replace a new tire and asked if I want them to take care of that, for safety concern I agreed. But that cost me another $260 which wasn’t in my plan. I didn’t have time to compare the price with other places/vendors but that’s indeed a bit pricy for me. I trusted the tech team but still, I was thinking later that I should have checked the old tire and see if it was really unrepairable(I felt like I’ve seen the nail before, though I couldn’t tell if it’s repairable or not), as well as the new tire to see if it’s the same type (at least now both front tires look the same, and that’s the best I can tell). In general everything was good. Would come back again for the next check. More

Fast, thorough and courteous. I went to Heritage Honda in Parkville to have my Honda Pilot inspected due to a recall notice from Honda. I made an appointment prior to my visit. When I arrived, I was met immediately by a service advisor who noted my concerns. While there, I asked about an intermittent noise that the vehicle was making. I was told the time it would take for the inspection and if the recalled part needed to be replaced. The part was not defective. The mechanic could not duplicate the noise but did a thorough check of the vehicle including a call to Honda to see if anyone else complained about the noise. A note was made to the vehicle service record in case the noise becomes pronounced after the warranty expires. All this and courteous service. More

This time 3 tires had to be replaced and when they drove it around to me at pickup time the assistant fortunately noticed a wobble and discovered lug nuts loose. After they corrected that tire I asked them to check than others and they were all loose. The manager took the car back again and made sure they were all tightened. It drove beautifully for the 300 mile drive up north and back that my 19 yo took it on. One can imagine my relief that it was not discovered on the highway. More
