Service couldn’t find anything until we figured out on my second visit it was the key battery. Guess who is now educated on what that blinking light is all about. They immediately hooked me up with a new battery and the price I paid for the diagnostics the first day was money well spent. Thanks Bill for being so patient with me. More

Insulted by Sales Staff when picking up car Arranged to get car in sales after service closed on Saturday. Sales guy Lou asked me “Do you know what time it is, service department closed at 3 pm Arranged to get car in sales after service closed on Saturday. Sales guy Lou asked me “Do you know what time it is, service department closed at 3 pm”. My paperwork was at the desk in the sales area, all Lou had to do was let someone else handle it, which they did. Requested to speak to manager, asked for apology from Lou, which manager would not grant, he apologized on behalf of Lou. Manager gave me business card for 2 free oil changes. Nice gesture, but still not happy that I did not get an apology from Lou. Also, my receipt that I paid online was not with my paperwork when I went to get my keys, had to pull it up in email and email it to them. More

Even though, I have been here numerous time I am a repeat customer of Heritage HONDA of Parkville. I only trust this dealership to service my vehicle. Even though, I have been here numerous times this was my first time meeting Jessica. She took the time to greet me even though cars were steadily coming through the door. She did not rush the process from start to finish. She made the process very efficient and was very personable. I hope to work with her again and hopefully she will be promoted soon. 2017 Honda Civic Hatchback Service Review I brought my car in for an oil and filter change and my service advisor was very prompt and professional. I was also told that I needed an "A1" servi I brought my car in for an oil and filter change and my service advisor was very prompt and professional. I was also told that I needed an "A1" service check up and explained to me what that was and told me it will show up in my odometer when it is time for it to be done. This is my first car with this type of technology and my advisor answered any questions that I had. He said to me "these cars are smarter than we are." He seemed very knowledgeable of the features of my vehicle. More
