I took 2 of my CR-V's to Heritage Honda Parkvill I n the past 2 weeks for service. Both times I was very pleased with the service and attention that I received. He kept me informed as to what was done and called as soon as my car was ready for pickup. Mark Sower was the service rep for my 2014 vehicle. He also called to advise me what needed to be done and what the cost would be. He too called me as soon as my car was ready for pickup. The service on both vehicles was done promptly and efficiently. We are very pleased with the service. More
