I own a 2018 Honda Fit with a service appointment for the Fuel Pump recall that was written by Lauren Leonard. I was 100 % + satisfied with the customer service provided by Lauren. Lauren not only sch the Fuel Pump recall that was written by Lauren Leonard. I was 100 % + satisfied with the customer service provided by Lauren. Lauren not only scheduled the appointment, but also took the time to make sure the part was ordered and would be in stock when the work was to be done. Lauren explained the need for a recommended a brake fluid flush which was also done at this time. Lauren was very customer service oriented and knowledgeable.of the service work being performed and could explain it so a non mechanic would understand. A job well done by Lauren! Hello, I had a defective window on my new honda pilot. I worked with 4 members of the service department to finally get it fixed. Steve Berman, Christian Loundermilk, Ed Jones, and Dora Norman helped me I worked with 4 members of the service department to finally get it fixed. Steve Berman, Christian Loundermilk, Ed Jones, and Dora Norman helped me in the process. The replacement window was ordered and put in, but they also noticed a defect in the new window and sent it back and reinstalled the old window. The window was eventually replaced, but the rubber gasket was cut and needed to be fixed. Dora Norman came in like a champ and gave us a loaner so the window could be fixed once and for all. More
Again, I want to thank Steve for taking a moment out of his busy day to stop and assist me. I was having some issues with my keyless remotes and my vehicle would not detect them in nor outside of my car. I his busy day to stop and assist me. I don’t know why my main remote started to go crazy but for whatever reason it either corrupted internally or needed to be reprogrammed (combined services nearly $300). My additional remotes appeared to be unresponsive in spite of swapping them out with new batteries. Steve stepped in and he and his team put their hands on the issue and voilà It was quickly resolved. These guys saved me some time and some money today and for that I fully appreciate them. More

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. I bought a 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid on March 10, 2023. In August 2023 the car had multiple lights that came on saying I should take the car to the de I bought a 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid on March 10, 2023. In August 2023 the car had multiple lights that came on saying I should take the car to the dealership. My car was still drivable. (The AC wasn’t working nor was my trunk opening). At that point my car had 22,000 miles which is still covered under the factory warranty. I even purchased the extended warranty. Took it to Heritage Honda of Parkville and they tried to say lighting hit my car which is a lie because there was no mark on my car indicating that lightning had damaged my car. They only came up with this lousy excuse so they wouldn’t have to repair it under the factory warranty instead they insisted that I go thru my insurance. I drive Uber/Lyft as my full time job meaning no car no income. It’s been a month I’m out of work I’m backed up on all my bills including my rent. Haven’t been able to sleep or eat properly since last month. These people are frauds who just want to sell you anything but down the line will not honor even Honda’s warranty. This whole experience has ruined my life and I hope by sharing my story that the same doesn’t happen to you. Please visit any other Honda dealer instead of this one. More
