I recently had the pleasure of working with Michael Teper at Heritage Honda in Parkville, and I can honestly say that he is one of the best car salesmen I have ever met. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the Honda product line, and he took the time to understand my needs and wants. He was also very patient and answered all of my questions without hesitation. Michael was not pushy at all, and he made sure that I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. He even went out of his way to find me the perfect car at a price that I could afford. I would highly recommend Michael Teper to anyone looking for a new Honda. He is a true asset to Heritage Honda. More

I worked with James Brandon on purchasing a CRV Sport L and he was a pleasure to work with. Just from talking over the phone, I knew that I wanted to give him and Heritage Honda Parkville my business. Afte and he was a pleasure to work with. After setting my appointment to come to the dealership I received a call from Oliver, one of the managers, and he made me feel valued as a potential customer and made me feel they really wanted to earn my business. They gave me a great deal on my trade in, overall deal for OTD price was great and I am so happy with my purchase. I also can really appreciate how quickly James and Dezmon in financing worked to get me in and out. I arrived at 4 and I was finished in financing around 6. I live almost an hour away and I am glad that I purchased my vehicle with James and will definitely purchase a vehicle from him again and would recommend anyone looking for a Honda to contact James Brandon. I recommend anyone looking for a car to make their first stop at Erin's desk. Erin was by far the easiest and friendliest car salesperson I have ever worked with. From beginning to end she made sure to unde stop at Erin's desk. Erin was by far the easiest and friendliest car salesperson I have ever worked with. From beginning to end she made sure to understand what I was looking for and to address my needs. I will admit that I was quite an annoying customer, going back and forth on colors, features, and price, multiple times, but at no point did Erin seem frustrated or annoyed. She stayed the course until the purchase was completed and I got everything I wanted. Next time I need a vehicle, I know who I'll be calling. More
