She's not pushy and she's: honest, understanding of your needs and financial limitations, and is incredibly patient with questions and responsive. Admittedly, I DREAD the car buying process because the industry has a horrible reputation of making the process unnecessarily grueling and deceptive; but, Erin is a refreshing and long awaited light in the dark! Additionally, Haroon Khalil was literally the only finance personnel we've ever encountered in several car buying experiences between various dealerships that acted with integrity, didn't rush us through financial paperwork, and didn't have an ego the size of the room. Kudos to these outstanding employees! Now, if only we could clone them and spread them around... it would make car buying a much better and easier process! More
