Gary went over every inch of the car with us so we knew exactly what we were doing and what we were getting. Hal promptly returned my initial phone calls and gave me all the information I had requested. The finance guy (I can't remember his name)did his best to get us a better financing rate and kept us company while waiting. The installation of the accessory parts was very quick. We test drove the car, had the parts installed, and everything bought and paid for in about a half a day. We will definitely buy our next car from Heritage. More
