We originally went to Heritage VW to purchase a used car, but since they couldn't sell a certified Honda, we were taken next door to purchase the car.Both dealers were excellent.Our salesman Jimmy was a plea but since they couldn't sell a certified Honda, we were taken next door to purchase the car.Both dealers were excellent.Our salesman Jimmy was a pleasure to deal with and we never felt pressured.He did everything he could to make sure we were happy with the purchase.When we went to the finance dept, Seth explained everything to us and helped us choose options that were right for us.We realized that the car only had one key, so Will in the parts dept ordered a new one and it was there within 2 days.We haven't had any dealings with the service dept yet, but from what I've heard they are a pleasure to work with as well.We are very pleased with our purchase and are very happy that we made the purcahse at Heritage Honda. I went into this dealership with an internet option and found that even though the person that I had been interacting with was not there, the person that took over was very friendly and comforting. She re found that even though the person that I had been interacting with was not there, the person that took over was very friendly and comforting. She reassured me that there would be no hard feelings and that they work together. She even introduced me to the person once he came in. I never felt put in the middle. This dealership was open to questions and honored a lesser deal with another dealer. I left feeling very at ease with my purchase. More
I used the Towson Store ( Heritage Honda ) for my 30,000 mile service and Alan Watts my Service Advisor did a great job. Mok sold me when he was able to beat Anderson Honda's price hands down. Mok also work with the credit union to help me get approved for my loan. He took the hassle out of me running back in forth taking paper work to them. Mok thanks for everything. I would recommend this dealer -ship. And, best of all I was impress when the finance manager who provided me with a loaner vehicle while low jack was installed in my new 2009 Honda Acccord, so I could get to work. Thanks again MOK. More

At first I was dealing with Eric to buyout the lease on my 2005 Civic. I dealt with him and Mike and they were both very nice. Once again Eric was there to answer any questions that I had, even giving me some tips on dealing with the insurance company. He was going on vacation so he forwarded my info to Hal who called me to introduce himself and let me know that if I had any questions, I could call him. I ended up dealing with Hal when I purchased my new used car last week, but Eric was also there and Mike dealt with the finance end. They were very nice, not pushy at all and answered all questions patiently. More
I took my Honda Accord for a preventive maintenance schedule. Few days later, the two engine belts went out of their place, although they were suposed to inspect them and andjust them (this part of the schedule. I came back to complain and they did not want to accept their fault. They claimed that they only do a visual inspection and they don't touch anything. Then, the question is: why they charge so much? and why they do not disclose the fact that they are not going to touch your car and they are not going to take any responsability for their work? More
I was shopping for a new car and Heritage Honda was my first and ended up being my only stop.
