We looked at three Accords and drove one of them. The sales rep's attitude has been just fine since the beginning. His attitude became worse when we started to negotiate the price. Quality of service was outstanding. They were of course very friendly but they were concerned with my needs. This was the best car purchase I have ever experienced and it was for a used car! All of my cars have always been new buys but since I have a teenager I won't need a van for much longer and decided to buy and it was for a used car! From the time my husband and I found our van on Vehix to the time we signed the deal (two weeks later) we were never pressured by our sales person Chuck Tracy. He kept the van to the side for us until we made the purchase and we are very grateful. Additionally the van was exactly in the condition advertised and we got the price promised online. The price we paid matched our quote ... no surprises, no high pressure sales. The entire process was so efficient, smooth, and painless that we still can't believe how pleasant and easy it was.
