We are certainly disappointed to learn of your experience at our dealership.Heritage Honda Parkville strives for 100% customer satisfaction but in reality sometimes we fall short of that. We try our best to display the finest used cars but it appears in this situation we missed this one. Some of the problems that you stated on this car were supposed to be taken care of before Monday for your appointment. Unfortunately you came on Saturday before we had a chance to take care of some of these problems. During the cold weather we do experience weak batteries and we have since replaced this one. Again, we take full responsibility for what happened in this situation and we are very sorry that you had a bad experience with us. Bill Your salesman said to come immediately and get the car because it could sell out from under me and he insisted on a credit card # to hold it for even an hour. I had called back a second time to tell him I would take it and then he tried to delay me until Monday. I did not have an "appointment" as you call it. I got suspicious when the salesman was using tactics to delay me, so I hurried to come see the car before any more cover up work could be done. I am glad I did. Covering up problems probaly fools most of your customers, but I have experience in body work and mechanical repair and know what to look for.
