Recently I purchased a Honda Civic. My salesman was Ken Davis. I was unsure what type vehicle I wanted as I have driven a variety over the years. It's refreshing to experience buying a new car without that uncomfortable feeling of the overbearing, "hard sell" type of car salesman. The dealership was very customer-friendly, and we were helped right away when we walked in the door. We were offered prompt and friendly service by the salesman, and he wasn't too aggressive, which I appr helped right away when we walked in the door. We told him we were in a hurry, and he did quickly go over all the paperwork we had to sign, but he also took rabbit trails to tell us about his personal life, which would have been okay had he been our salesman rather than the financing guy.
