My 2010 Honda CRV (8 months old) was totaled in a violent accident (rear-ended). Ken Davis and Eric Dykeman very calmy reassured me that they could put me in a brand new 2011 CRV at no extra cost to me. They found one identical to my 2010 vehicle (which was my request) in just a few days. They were extremely reassuring and made the entire process so easy. What a relief.
