All of the staff were very professional and I could tell that they had my best interest at heart not just the sale. This is my second vehicle from them and I always recommend to my friends looking for a Honda that it is worth the trip up to Parkville for it. The sales manager was courteous and it was a straight forward, no haggle experience unlike some of the experiences which I have had with other dealerships in the past. The salesman was no pressure, very knowledgeable and helpful. He spent over a hour with me going over the features and controls of the vehicle before I left with it. Similarly, my experience with the finance department went quickly and smoothly. The paperwork was promptly prepared and processed and options such as extended warranties were conveyed in an informative yet low key, nonpressuring manner. I have been purchasing new cars for many years and found my recent purchasing experience at this dealership to be the best that I have ever had. More

Jim Procheska was great - knowledgeable, not a bit pushy, and patient. After searching the internet for pricing, reading up on ratings and features of new cars, and checking the Heritage Honda of Parkville and patient. At first I was thinking about a Honda Civic but also planned to check out other brands and other dealerships. However, after test driving a 2011 Honda Civic and discussing its features, I knew I wanted a Honda. I asked Jim if they had any 2009's on the lot that I might also like and the next time I came in, Jim not only had the 2011 warming up, but right next to it was a 2009 (Certified Used) warming up. The cars looked alike...same color, same options. The 2009 was in great condition, the price was right, and the warranties carried over - so I bought the 2009. I LOVE it. It's fun to drive. It looks great. It fits me perfectly. I would certainly recommend Jim Procheska if you are looking for your next car. More

Went into the dealer Friday night with intention of test-driving Pilot. Had a previous experience with service department for our Civic even though we purchased that from another dealer. We needed a new car for my husband's commute to work - something good on gas. We went to Heritage (since we bought our last car there) to look at the Fit.
