Rick Jager & Derrick Showacre were fabulous when I purchased the Crv. Erin Lober had always taken excellent care of my previous Honda Civic. I always had the Civic & now the '16 Crv serviced at the Parkville location. The service department is second to none. My Honda's were always taken care of immediately. I can sleep with the satisfaction of knowing my Honda's were serviced by factory trained technicians & Honda parts.
