I work in the Maryland area and have heard good reviews about Heritage Honda and that is why my wife and I chose to visit the dealership. Lou Persico was our sales consultant, and we can not say enough wonderful things about our experience with him. We also had a great experience with Seth Bond the Business Manager who completed our paperwork with us...no pressure, just downright personable and honest. Even though we live an hour away, we were so impressed with our visit with Lou, Seth, and Heritage Honda, that we would definitely travel back to Heritage Honda to purchase future vehicles. My advice, if your looking for a Honda vehicle, call Heritage Honda and ask for Lou Persico. You won't be disappointed!!! More

The only thing we weren't crazy about was when we were finalizing the deal with a different employee, and he was a little pushy with the added insurance (not as bad as a lot of salesmen out there, but still took a couple of times of saying "no"). Despite that small hiccup in the car buying process, we had a great experience and we plan on contacting Joe when we want to buy our next car! More

My service host was Blake Dumas, and he was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. I was quite impressed by the fact that when he asked if I wanted the tires rotated, I told him if it wasn't needed, to wait; other service centers might have charged me and rotated them regardless, but Heritage felt that they were in fine shape. As I said, this impressed me. They replaced my wiper inserts and not the entire blade, which was also great (I have been to places where they replaced everything!) The waiting areas were nice, and my wait time was what I had been told. There were no surprises in the bill; Blake had told me that the coupon I had did not include taxes, and he gave me an estimate of the final cost. I moved to Parkville two years ago, but didn't think to look for a new service center. I am so glad that I found Heritage Honda, and will most definitely be using their services for my CRV from now on! More

Well, I was pleasantly surprised by the courteous and professional way I was treated at Heritage. They seemed genuinely concerned with giving me a good experience. The person who took my hand and walked me through the process was Rick Jager (no relation to Mick). He took his time, listened to me and answered all of my questions and concerns. He was so pleasant to work with and so knowledgeable about the products they sell. I knew I wouldn't buy the car that day because I wanted my son's opinion on some things. The next day was busier but I had told Rick that I was definitely coming in to buy the car, so he had most of the paperwork done when I got there and that was greatly appreciated! The whole process went smoothly thanks to Rick and Mike Spero. Even after I left the dealership with my new Honda CR-V (which I just LOVE), they have followed up to make sure there haven't been any unanswered questions or concerns. Rick and Mike both have such pleasant personalities that I was laughing half of the time I was there. I highly recommend Heritage Honda and especially Rick Jager to help you if you're looking for a new car! More
