Mr. Witherspoon was knowledgeable and helpful during the selling process and, indeed, after that, so as to ensure that my every question and need were professionally handled. I could not have asked for a better buying experience. Mr. Roland was the management personnel and continues to be very professional and knowledgeable, and made sure that I got a deal and a price that were fair and consistent with my automobile needs. I have been dealing with "Jim" for several years and he continues to be very helpful in every conceivable manner, not only at the time of purchase (this is the sixth car I have bought) but, indeed, afterwards. Skip Heritgage go to the next Honda dealership Two purchases a few weeks ago on the same day, two different experiences. I purchased a BMW M4 at BMW of Catonsville, wonderful experience there. Heritage Honda and the games they're playing with interest rates, etc is beyond absurd that tied me up for over an hour. Wasted hours of my time to get a deal closed that was already pre-negotiated and ready to go, lost valuable time. Finding out today that I'm not even financed with Honda, got a statement from Bank of America (surprise to me). Skip Heritage and go elsewhere. If you have time to waste, and want to haggle for hours this is the place to go....... More
