For the last few months, I was searching for the right vehicle that suited me and my family's needs and eventually landed on a Certified Pre-owned Honda Pilot. Then it took another month or two to figure out my finances, all the options I really wanted, and to locate a dealership that had a vehicle that matched my exact specifications. During that time there were many showroom visits to various Baltimore area dealers, test drives and my kid climbing over the seats of lots of shiny new cars. My experience was that not all sales folks were as accommodating of my situation having a boisterous 3 year old zipping through the sale floor, thus my visit to Heritage Honda Parkville exceeded my expectations. Though I was nervous because I'd not purchased an auto in over 10 years, Mr. Thomas made me feel right at home! He was professional,and patient, as he gathered all the necessary info, and genuinely took care of me! At each step of the process, he always asked if I had any questions. Once the deal was done, he took the time to show me how to "use" my new car, and said anytime I had a question, just give him a call. I never once felt he was rushing things through just to make a sale. I was so pleased in fact, that my daughter and I returned two weeks later and we purchased a new car for her.
