Outstanding experience from start to finish When I requested online quotes for my new Honda CR-V from different dealers through edmunds.com, Heritage Honda was only one to send me an online quot When I requested online quotes for my new Honda CR-V from different dealers through edmunds.com, Heritage Honda was only one to send me an online quote followed by an immediate call from internet sales person. Then another sales person followed up the next morning and I decided to visit their dealership for their good customer service over the phone. When my family visited the dealership, we were welcomed and hooked up with another sales person immediately and got the process rolling without delay. Everyone was smiling and the dealership was very customer centric. Tim (sales person) was very friendly, funny person and we started the price negotiation after our test drive. The price they offered for the new CR-V was excellent and the trade-in value for our old Odyssey was also very good. Though it was end of the month for them, they did not pressure us to buy the vehicle. We visited few other Honda, Toyota, Subaru dealers but no one came close to the price offered by Heritage Honda. We called up Tim immediately and finished the deal the following Monday. The sales person Seth was very friendly, process was very transparent, less documents to review and sign, no pressure to buy unwanted packages. We were very happy with our purchase at Heritage Honda and would definitely recommend them to my friends and relatives. More

Our experience with the sales persons from those two other dealerships went from mediocre to OK. However, from the moment we arrived at Parkville Heritage and were greeted by Rob Jacobson, we could see the customer service was going to be different. It was the end of the month so the place was busy yet Rob was very helpful, patient and interested in meeting our needs from the beginning. It was a very easy process and without all the non-sense from previous dealerships. We ended up buying a Honda Pilot for a better price than in the two other locations. The service was impecable from the sales rep to the finance manager. Ask for Rob Jacobson when you go there. You'll be very satisfied with his service. More
