The one thing that is a turn off (internal policy) is that when I told Lou that my decision was not going to be that day, he had to have the manager speak to me to try to close. When a customer has purchased 4 vehicles from your dealership, an intelligent Manager would have realized I was a serious customer and my word is impeccable. Sometimes management should take a back seat and have more trust in their salesman. More

Best Customer Service I've EVER Had I have been looking for a new Honda Odyssey for a long time. Dustin took care of all of that for me and explained what everything meant. I went to many dealerships (like all of them in the area) and left all of them with many questions still. I was blown away by Jeff "The Honda Guy" Beck - Yes, that is what he calls himself! He literally knew the answer to every question that I had. The van that I saw online was at another dealership and he went himself to pick it up and bring it to me so that I wouldn't have to make another trip! The entire team at the dealership made me feel like I was their friend. I look for reviews like this before I make big purchases. They are important. I hope that this one helps all of the nervous car buyers. These guys made it easy. More
