I have a tough time trusting dealership service centers and this is why. Joe was very personable and knowledgeable about the vehicles, and when he didn't know the answer to a question, he wrote it down and followed up immediately. With the help of Dustin in Finance, Joe provided a fair price for our trade-in vehicle and the purchase price of our used minivan. My wife and I particularly appreciated that Joe double-checked our trade-in vehicle to make sure we didn't leave anything behind and that Joe got us an extra key for the new car while we signed paperwork with Dustin.
