We weren’t getting anywhere with the Catonsville dealership (they wouldn’t answer their phones and wouldn’t call us back), but Heritage Honda Parkville helped us so much. Rob asked what vehicle in we were interested in, showed us a brochure, asking what exterior color we would like. He was very patient as we were discussing exterior/interior colors. Jim and I settled on those choices and Rob said they had one at that dealership and he would have it "brought up". With that, prior to going on a short road trip with Jim at the wheel, Rob explained the many features and off we went. We were impressed with the quietness and smoothness of the vehicle. During our visit, Rob was concerned that we were comfortable bringing water, etc. Rob's strengths are his personality, his honesty, a good listener and easy communicator and obviously enjoys people and his job.
