Terri searched their inventory and found exactly what we wanted over an hour away. She had the car delivered the same exact day. Rather then force us into something we weren’t 100% happy with, she went above and beyond and got us exactly what we wanted. WOW - what an exceptional experience I was looking for my first car and I knew I wanted a late model Dodge Charger. I found a lot of Chargers in my area, but when I began calling to set a I was looking for my first car and I knew I wanted a late model Dodge Charger. I found a lot of Chargers in my area, but when I began calling to set appointments to see and drive them, I got a lot of, "Oh... I'm sorry, that vehicle was sold. But come on in anyway and we'll find you a great car!" When I called Heritage Honda in Parkville, I was treated like I was important. I spoke with Terri Thompson, she was wonderful! She told me about the car and set an appointment for me to see it. When I arrived at the dealership, Terri had the Charger ready and waiting for me. Terri gave me as much time as I wanted to look over the car make sure it was exactly what she described and what I wanted. Once I was finished with my inspection and test drive, Terri invited me inside to complete the purchase. I completed all of the paperwork and met with a great guy in the Finance Office. At the end of the day, I got the car I wanted, a price that was well below what other dealers were offering on a similar Charger and I was treated with respect. As a first-time buyer, I was warned about the car buying industry and how some dealers take advantage if young people and first-time buyers. But not only did they get me approved for a loan, the interest rate and payment were way below what I was expecting. When I showed my family and friends my Charger and told them my payment and interest rate, nobody could believe it! What a perfect experience for a first-time car buyer! I highly recommend Terri Thompson and Heritage Honda for anyone looking for a new or used car. Terri is the consummate professional and she never pressured me or made me feel uncomfortable. Terri's extremely knowledgeable, super helpful, patient and the antithesis of what I was warned about! 5-stars for Terri Thompson and Heritage Honda in Parkville! Terri was very easy to work with, honest, and very diligent about getting answer to all of my questions. She took me on three test drives over the course of two days. She and Gene even offered to accommodate my schedule by bringing the car to my daughter's workplace. Gene helped me arrange for financing which was pretty painless. I was very happy with my experience and I didn't feel pressured the entire time. I would buy again from Terri and Heritage Honda. More
