I was agitated because I had just purchased a new tire for 335.00 from this dealer 3dys bef. Gary was the service person who calmed me down and was very knowledgeable about tires. He had a sincerity and willingness to help me. It ended with good news that the nail had not punctured the tire. Gary was fantastic and a true professional. More
