They gave me two of them for my mechanic to install, not the third because they did not agree with mechanic that the tires needed replaced right away, but did lower the price by $150. Rob asked what vehicle in we were interested in, showed us a brochure, asking what exterior color we would like. He was very patient as we were discussing exterior/interior colors. Jim and I settled on those choices and Rob said they had one at that dealership and he would have it "brought up". With that, prior to going on a short road trip with Jim at the wheel, Rob explained the many features and off we went. We were impressed with the quietness and smoothness of the vehicle. During our visit, Rob was concerned that we were comfortable bringing water, etc. Rob's strengths are his personality, his honesty, a good listener and easy communicator and obviously enjoys people and his job.
