Finally have AC in my car Dora was the one to tell me about the shuttle service, so much better to wait for car repairs in the comfort of my own home. Great people who listen and respond I have allergies. When I asked for my cabin filter to be replaced very early, Dora suggested cleaning the air vents and tray. She said they run a so I have allergies. When I asked for my cabin filter to be replaced very early, Dora suggested cleaning the air vents and tray. She said they run a solution of lemon and other things in through the front vents to clean out the tray. I am delighted that it has solved my sneezing problem when I start the car. Who knew? Dora knew. Thank you! More

It is all about relationships. Whether you have a good experience or a bad experience depends on the people at the dealership. How are you treated? Can you depend on the price they Whether you have a good experience or a bad experience depends on the people at the dealership. How are you treated? Can you depend on the price they offer you? Will they stick with the price they offer you? Nothing worse that agreeing on a price and you arrive at the dealership and the price is different that what is agreed upon! Does the commitment and relationship to the dealership mean anything?To me, that relationship means everything. I may come back and buy another car, or my children or my parents. I may old school but once I believe I am getting good honest service whether it is from doctors, lawyers, grocery stores or schools I am a ride or die customer. I will drive out of my way to get good service bc the way I look at it I work very hard every day and hold myself accountable everyday and I expect that same from everyone around me. To all those points I will say Terry Thompson is a wonderful, hard working and knowledgeable person and Parkville Honda is honest, accommodating and helpful. Terry went out of her way to assist us, check on us to make sure we were comfortable and consistently made sure we were happy. AND THE DEAL WE GOT WAS EPIC! I am happy to have Parkville as my Honda Dealer and know that Terry is there should I need anything. More

Overbooked Dealership deliberately overbooked. Slow service (oil change). Service rep never updated me on status until I asked 3 hours later. I asked for a shutt Dealership deliberately overbooked. When done, customers must go into a sea of cars to find your own vehicle. Recent administrative and procedural changes may increase profit but hurts customer service. More
Charlotte Marsheck is fantastic I actually went in to just test drive 3 models I was considering. Charlotte was very knowledgeable about each car and very patient with my questions. I actually went in to just test drive 3 models I was considering. Charlotte was very knowledgeable about each car and very patient with my questions. At no point did she pressure me to buy immediately or try to push me into a car that was outside of my budget. She was very patient with my numerous test drives and the time it took me to decide which to purchase. She also was very patient with me when demonstrating the vehicle settings to me and told me to reach out to her if I had questions after the purchase. As a consequence I am extremely happy with my Honbda HR-V EX. More
