Terri left an occasional voice message or sent an email to alert me to "special" offerings, but not to that level I felt was harassing. When it came time to test the vehicle further and move toward purchase, I reached out to Terri as I felt she was someone I could work with. She, and her colleagues at Heritage, took good care of me through the second test drive, negotiations, and delivery. I felt I got a good deal and spent a reasonable amount of time on the transaction. Service Advisor tolerates uneducated owner Had my car in twice for what I thought was a battery issue and I was panicked because I drive around the state for work.
