No pressure on purchase of accessories & salesman had kn This was my 2nd vehicle purchased at Heritage Honda Parkville & first time with Todd Pegler. No pressure on purchase of accessories & salesman had knowledge of the vehicle options and bells/whistles. Didn't quite get the deal I wanted but there was some compromise. There was a small problem with the application of the 'Auto Armor', specifically with the roof, where it was not cleaned entirely of the pollen and think the Auto Armor sealed in the pollen! It was supposed to applied a 2nd time, but could still see the yellow pollen marks on the roof. More

Most of the time you are very good and helpful. Ed was very helpful, getting the start stop /button working again. It did take a couple of visits to your service center to get the job done, but Ed k Ed was very helpful, getting the start stop /button working again. I'm still a little irritated that I had brought the car in when the part wasn't there yet and Dora wasted my entire day (I needed to borrow a car to get to work and take care of other things). She did not bother to call me until 5pm to tell me I could come get my car. (See eval on Dora from Sept 27th) More
