They always had our best interest in mind and did everything they could to get us the best available financing terms and make sure we were taken care of and had all of our questions answered and concerns addressed. Even after staying a couple hours past closing time on a Saturday night, finance still went above and beyond to find lower interest rates and better terms. And Charlotte was still willing to stay longer to make sure all of our questions were answered and we knew how the features of the car worked.
