Hi, My experience with Parkville Honda was not good. I am really disappointed with the staff. With my purchase of a new Honda hybrid on last Tuesday. The attitude of the staff was so different before and aft really disappointed with the staff. With my purchase of a new Honda hybrid on last Tuesday. Also charged for wheel locks and splash guards which they did not install in the car and never informed me of it. until I call them now and ask the staff, they are happy to install them. This is so unprofessional. Sorry to say, really pissed of with the purchase. More

Prompt work - dropped our Honda Accord off at 2:30 PM. We needed a new starter - service tech called at 3:45 PM with diagnosis, and called again at 5:45 to tell me the vehicle was ready.. unreal.
