Hi, My experience with Parkville Honda was not good. I am really disappointed with the staff. With my purchase of a new Honda hybrid on last Tuesday. The attitude of the staff was so different before and aft really disappointed with the staff. With my purchase of a new Honda hybrid on last Tuesday. The attitude of the staff was so different before and after buying the car. The calculated numbers they put on were all incorrect. Also charged for wheel locks and splash guards which they did not install in the car and never informed me of it. until I call them now and ask the staff, they are happy to install them. This is so unprofessional. Sorry to say, really pissed of with the purchase. More

Prompt work - dropped our Honda Accord off at 2:30 PM. We needed a new starter - service tech called at 3:45 PM with diagnosis, and called again at 5:45 to tell me the vehicle was ready.. unreal. Bought a new Odyssey from Joe. Sales experience was great and Joe was very attentive and helpful. Also bought a roof rails and crossbars which were installed at a later date. Dropped the car off using the la and Joe was very attentive and helpful. Also bought a roof rails and crossbars which were installed at a later date. Dropped the car off using the late night drop. They started working on the van first thing in the morning and it was ready an hour earlier than anticipated. Great sales and service experience! More
