I had a very positive experience with Gary. He worked with my hectic schedule which I appreciated. It wasn’t until I brought my car home that I realized they had not been honest. I had been told the car with my hectic schedule which I appreciated. It wasn’t until I brought my car home that I realized they had not been honest. I had been told the car was in perfect condition but there is bumper damage that was not disclosed. It was not listed on the CarFax, nor was it disclosed by the dealership. This will be hundreds of dollars to repair on a newly purchased vehicle. Update 2/19/2020: I brought this to the attention of Gary and the management of Heritage Honda and they took the car in to fix the bumper free of charge. Gary was attentive and informative the entire way. I couldn’t endorse his business enough. More
