Always had good experiences with this dealership and its people and always felt respected, even when I had different perspective (sales or service). On the sales side this time, I looked at both new and people and always felt respected, even when I had different perspective (sales or service). On the sales side this time, I looked at both new and used cars and worked mostly with Erin, who was great. She's especially good at focusing on customer desires and not her sales pitch. (So, she won't pitch/educate you on a certain feature if you're not interested in it, for instance.) I will buy from Heritage Honda Parkville again and - assuming she's still there when I buy again, would be happy to work with Erin when I do. More
