Internet Sales Manager Jason Davis promised me a certain out the door price over the phone, and when I showed up in person the price was suddenly $2,000 higher. Eventually, they admitted they had promised me a lower price over the phone, but said they would be charging $400 more because they added "accessories" to the car. To top it all off, after promising at first that I'd be in and out in less than two hours, they told me that wouldn't be possible--after I had already spent over an hour haggling over a price that had already been agreed on in advance. Promises made, promises broken. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. I did, and I'm very happy in my new Honda from Ourisman of Tysons. More
