I found the vehicle on Carguru and was just co On the afternoon of 07/11/2020, I walked into Heritage Honda of Parkville looking for a 2017 Acura ILX. I found the vehicle on Carguru and was just coming to see how it looked in person and performed. When my family and I walked in we were greeted by Courtney Spells (Sales and Leasing Consultant). I told Courtney exactly what I was looking for, I also insisted on seeing similar vehicles in the inventory. Courtney was very patient throughout the entire process. Her welcoming personality and transparency with the various vehicles made me feel I was making the right decision purchasing my first car from this dealer. After we completed everything with Courtney, Doug Mrockowski (Finance Manager) walked me through step by step of how everything would go moving forward. He was very knowledgeable about everything the packages offered and suggested, what I believe is, the perfect package for me while staying in a comfortable price range.
