Wait time is unnecessarily longer, I sat there for 3 hours just to replaced only rear brakes. That’s insane. I also sat watching people who came after me leaving. That’s selective service. He kept me informed as to what was done and called as soon as my car was ready for pickup. Mark Sower was the service rep for my 2014 vehicle. He also called to advise me what needed to be done and what the cost would be. He too called me as soon as my car was ready for pickup. The service on both vehicles was done promptly and efficiently.
