I called Heritage Jeep and talked with my former sale person that I purchased a Jeep few years ago. I told Mr. Brian P that I was interested in buying a Honda Civic. He told me that Ms. Erin will be conn person that I purchased a Jeep few years ago. I told Mr. Brian P that I was interested in buying a Honda Civic. He told me that Ms. Erin will be connecting me. Less than 10 minutes, I received a phone called from Ms. Erin Natzke about my plans. I told her that I was looking for 2020 Honda Civic Sport Hatchback. She informed me that they have the vehicle that I was looking for. I stopped by Heritage Honda and met with Ms. Erin; she demonstrated great customer service skills and she assisted with the process of getting me into this vehicle.
