I would highly recommend the good folks at Heritage Honda and particularly sales associate Lou Persico to anyone looking to purchase either a new or used vehicle. The customer service Lou provided me was top and particularly sales associate Lou Persico to anyone looking to purchase either a new or used vehicle. The customer service Lou provided me was top-notch. Originally, I had no intention on purchasing a vehicle when I planned my visit to Heritage Honda but after my interaction with Lou Persico, I started to realize their was a strong possibility I could drive off the lot that night with a new vehicle. One of the great things about Lou is the level of communication. He's as real as they come. You always know what's going on and where you stand. Lou did not once pressure me in hopes of making a deal for his benefit. Instead, I told him what I was looking for and where I wanted to be price wise and he accommodated me. What I enjoyed most about Lou is even after I purchased my vehicle, he still touched base with me to see how everything was going. That told me I wasn't just a sell to him but rather a customer of his that he truly appreciated doing business with. What makes Heritage Honda stand out as a dealership is the number of people I came across willing to assist me on behalf of Lou. I had a few things I was suppose to receive for my vehicle and Lou wasn't able to personally be there to accommodate me. However, between the Service Department, the Parts Department and the Sales Department everyone worked together while treating me like royalty. Lou made them aware as to why I was there and they took care of EVERYTHING in Lou's absence. Again, if you're in the market for a vehicle whether new or used, please consider Heritage Honda Parkville and ask for Lou Persico. Purchasing a vehicle shouldn't be a stressful experience. Give Lou Persico a chance to work with you. You are dealing with the best in the business. PS-and don't forget your mask. More

I was so pleasantly surprised by my entire experience at Heritage Honda! I could tell right away after meeting Dominique that he was a genuinely nice guy. He was very knowledgeable about the car and didn’t Heritage Honda! I could tell right away after meeting Dominique that he was a genuinely nice guy. He was very knowledgeable about the car and didn’t try to upsell me on something I wasn’t interested in. The negotiation for the price of the car was very easy and we only had to go back and forth 2 times to make the sale happen. He also set my CRV up with the custom settings and connected my phone for me before I drove off in my new CRV, I would 100% recommend him to someone looking for a Honda! More
