Joe was extremely friendly and professional over the phone and through emails. We even started the negotiation process over the phone due to me working nights and limited childcare. Then he came back with only 400 off and that still was not close to what we discussed. Also, when I arrived he did build a rapport with me. We recieved exceptional service here when buying our new car. The salesperson Gary was fantastic. He did not pressure us at all. He allowed us to take our time and test drive the car.
