Wait time is unnecessarily longer, I sat there for 3 hours just to replaced only rear brakes. That’s insane. I also sat watching people who came after me leaving. That’s selective service. I found the vehicle on Carguru and was just coming to see how it looked in person and performed. When my family and I walked in we were greeted by Courtney Spells (Sales and Leasing Consultant). I told Courtney exactly what I was looking for, I also insisted on seeing similar vehicles in the inventory. Courtney was very patient throughout the entire process. Her welcoming personality and transparency with the various vehicles made me feel I was making the right decision purchasing my first car from this dealer. After we completed everything with Courtney, Doug Mrockowski (Finance Manager) walked me through step by step of how everything would go moving forward.
