At the end of the night and once I secured financing from my bank, I was then introduced to your manager. He came off as very rude and standoffish, especially after I declined to do financing through the dealership as he suggested because I was already approved from my bank. I definitely left the dealership contemplating if I should even return and complete my purchase. Day 2, Thursday 10/15: Erin you were awaiting my arrival and quickly started on my paperwork and even had my car sent to get detailed well before I arrived! I really appreciated that since I live over and hour away. We finished the paperwork pretty quickly! I was very happy. Although the business center was a little busy tonight and I waited for an extended period of time, I actually didn’t mind because you kept me informed the entire time and apologized for the wait.
