Thank you for the apology. I have already put a deposit down on a White Accord 2.0t, which I got at invoice without the hassle I had at Heritage. I should have it by mid October. Mitch knows what it would take to turn this around but seeing I haven't heard from him, I am guessing there is nothing else that can be done. Good luck with the Attorney General and Honda Corporate.
