I appreciate the customer service extended from the service department I think Rob was knowledgeable, informative ,and very kind as the service technician, however the person whom rotated the tire didn service department I think Rob was knowledgeable, informative ,and very kind as the service technician, however the person whom rotated the tire didnt check my tire pressure my indicator light didnt come on but I recieved a message that 3 tires low .. I updated my system today bcuz it's very unusual for the tire message w/o the indicator. I would really like for the tech to be assured that a tire rotation she always check the tire pressure o drive the highway and it's not a comfortable feeling to get this message regardless. I got the message the same day less than half hour I was the car so if it was a flat in water it would go flat so the tire pressure wasn't done I have been coming here for many years and never had a problem with service to not one of the vehicles I have service here More
