Both the area where I bought my Honda and the Service Center are outstanding! Took my car in for issues with the cooling system and they said there's nothing wrong with the car, but that my aftermarket air intake somehow affected the cooling, so they didn't fix it. Was shown/test drove a car, asked the price during the test drive and he said he didn't remember, which was okay. But once we got back, he never told me the price and just came back with monthly payment a test drive and he said he didn't remember, which was okay. When i said it was too much and went to leave, they had me wait and had a finance person "try to make the numbers work" when it was apparent it wouldn't considering how far off it was. I let them know even if the numbers worked right now, my grandfather is my co-signer so he has to be there, and let them know with his age that I did not want to drag him out until everything was final. After leaving and letting them know I would think about it, I emailed to get the sticker price of that car since I still was never told. When I found out, it was over $5,000 over my budget. I replied back with a car on their site that was in budget (which I should not have had to do considering the info I gave them). Regardless, when I said I would find time to pop in since my schedule is unpredictable, I was told that having an appointment helps to lock in the car for me so someone can't slide in before me to get it. I set up an appointment, brought my grandfather out, and got to the dealership at 12:20 (appointment time was 12:30). Upon our arrival, i was told by Austin that someone else was currently purchasing the car i was supposed to get. And when I said okay that we were leaving, he tried to get us to look at a different car entirely. It was an absurd few days and I hope thay folks come in and stand their ground for what they need, or they're gonna get tricked into a car that's too expensive like they tried to do to me. More

Gary was incredibly knowledgeable about the CR-V hybrid that we were interested in getting as part of a trade-in, attentive to our needs and questions, and also extremely patient during an extremely busy e that we were interested in getting as part of a trade-in, attentive to our needs and questions, and also extremely patient during an extremely busy evening at the dealership. He stayed with us throughout the whole purchasing process (from 8:15 PM - 1 AM to be exact) and has also followed up in the days after to make sure we were entirely satisfied with our purchase. While at the dealership, he also helped us set up various features in the car, including some that we didn’t even know existed, which was awesome! We left the dealership with everything set up in the car and ready to go. Further, he worked with us to ensure that we walked out with a price we were comfortable with, for both our trade-in and new car. We really appreciate all the time and help that Gary provided — 5/5 star service! Thank you, Gary, for your hard work! More
