I was quite impressed at Erin's demeanor and patience dealing with me with my feeling overwhelmed, asking the same question more than once, and so on. On top of that, Erin found be me significantly more affordable insurance rate as well as "prepped" me on the add-ons, etc, so I had a MUCH better idea what I wanted and needed. All this on a holiday weekend!!! Labor Day, no less, when it seems that car dealerships are at their peak. On the finance side, Randall Bridgeforth was a good experience as well.
