Satified with recent service Recently I was in for an oil change on my 2012 CRV and was advised that I would need a new battery even though a new battery was installed exactly one Recently I was in for an oil change on my 2012 CRV and was advised that I would need a new battery even though a new battery was installed exactly one year ago. This would be battery #4. Honda wanted to keep my car in order to run some diagnostics but didn't have a loaner vehicle available at the time. So the plan was to return later in the week when a loaner would be available. Afterwards I did some research online and discovered that other CRV owners have also had issues with constantly needing new batteries. The research turned up a Honda service bulletin # which addressed the problem. When I returned late in the day a few days later to drop off my car and pick up the loaner, I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful employee, as the service advisor, Jim McHugh, had left for the day. He got me in the loaner and on my way. Early the next morning, Jim called to say that they had implemented the advice in the service bulletin and that the problem was now resolved. Finally! After all these years and getting ready to install battery#4, Jim and the team was able to fix it. The best part was that it was all done FREE of CHARGE! Very happy with the level of service received and how quickly it was resolved. More

Horrible service I had a hitch installed to my 2017 Pilot, but it was not installed correctly, the bolts were never tighten on the hitch. Phil is amazing! I went in to get a key programmed, and overhead lights fixed. I saw Philip Wilson, and he’s awesome to work with. He not only remembered who I was, bu I went in to get a key programmed, and overhead lights fixed. I saw Philip Wilson, and he’s awesome to work with.
